What is POST delivery?
We use StarTrack to ship interstates orders that usually arrive in 1-5 business days depending on the location.

Do all the products suitable for POST?
Fresh flowers, plants over 1m height, and all cakes are not suitable for POST
We will use native flowers to make POST orders.

If your order has products that are not suitable for StarTrack we will contact you, please reply as soon as possible so we can get your order arrives on time.
What is the delivery date/time for POST orders?
StarTrack can only deliver on business days
(Monday-Friday, closed on weekends and public holidays).
We will ship your order to POST 1-5 business days before the selected delivery date. If your order is dated on the weekend, it will be shipped before or next business day.
Can POST delivery guarantee the delivery date or time?
Most orders will arrive within 5 business days. But we cannot guarantee the exact date and time, because StarTrack may be delayed during high traffic time(Christmas, New Years, Mother's day, Valentin's day...etc.)
How can I know the status of my order?
All POST orders have a tracking and will be sent to your email or mobile number provided in your order.
