Shipping policy
The little market bunch delivers flowers to all Melbourne suburbs Monday to Saturday. Most of the suburbs within 10km of Melbourne CBD are free delivery(Order over $60). For the rest of Melbourne suburbs please enter the delivery address on the checkout page and the delivery fee will be calculated accordingly. If your location is not listed, feel free to email us at info@thelittlemarketbunch.com.au and esquire as we can generally organize out-of-zone deliveries for an extra courier fee. We are based in Brooklyn Victoria.

What is POST delivery?
We use the Australia express post / Startrack to ship our postal orders that usually arrive in 1 - 5 business days depending on the location.

Do all the products suitable for POST?
No Fresh flowers, plants over 1m, some cakes are not suitable for POST
We will use native flowers in all POST orders which include flowers.

If your order has products not suitable for POST we will contact you, please reply as soon as possible so we can get your order delivered on time.
What is the delivery time for POST orders?
Australia Post/Startrack can only deliver business days (Monday- Friday, closed on weekends and any public holidays).
We could deliver your order to POST 1-3 business days before the selected delivery date. If your order is dated on the weekend, it will be delivered before or next business day.
Can POST delivery guarantee the delivery date or time?
Mostly your order can be delivered next business day or 1-5 business days, but we can not guarantee, because EXPRESS POST may be delayed that we can not control.
How can I know the status of my order?
All POST orders have tracking and will be sent to your email or mobile number provided in your order.
If in any case the wrong email, number, overseas number etc, The Little Market Bunch will not hold responsible for failing to receive the tracking. If you have any questions about your order status, do not hesitate to email us info@thelittlemarketbunch.com.au or live chat with us.
What can I do if my order has been delayed?

What can I do if my order is damaged?
We highly recommend you bring your parcel to the local POST OFFICE to make a claim. Aus POST will take responsibility for any delay and damage, and they will offer a refund to you.
