Refunds & Returns


In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your flower order, it is not delivered as specified on the delivery form, or if any unexpected issues arise which are the fault of the little market bunch, we will re-deliver your purchased products again for free, in most case, the recipient can keep the flower received, if the order has been dispatched or delivered there will be no refund.


In any case, the customer is not happy with any of the Add-on products we can exchange the product but the customer needs to return the original product in its original condition, unopened, undamaged, and enable the exchange. (Shipping fee may apply) If the original product is not returned, the exchange is not available.


If the driver deliver the flower to the address which is different from the order form, or deliver a wrong item to the recipient, we will arrange a small apology gift and the original items to the correct address with the next available driver.


If incorrect information is submitted on an order form: name, address, etc. the little market bunch will not hold responsible in any case. If re-delivery is required for any fresh flower, a minimum of $10 re-delivery fee plus 40% of the original purchased price need to be paid before re-delivery proceed. Re-delivery mostly needs to be done on the second day, and may not happen on the original delivery date. When the fresh flower has been returned to our warehouse we have to pay a return fee to the driver, we will re-arrange a new flower for the re-delivery, and book the driver again for delivering there with these extra fees.  


After an order has been placed if for any reason the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer may not get the refund, but a voucher of the full purchased price can be offered. Because in most cases we only made to order, and these admin related on process orders, drivers, routing when orders are canceled, we need to cancel the delivery list, routing, drivers which may incur extra fees on us. If the order has been shipped there will be no refund or voucher. Sorry for any inconvenience that was coursed.


Due to the freshness of the flowers and plants, any claim on products needs to be made within 24h from the product has been delivered. Any claims after that time will be not handled.

 

We will try our best to deliver our most beautiful flower to the correct place on the right delivery date. But we will not be responsible for the wrong delivery date and the wrong delivery address from the order, verifying if the place accepts the delivery, or selecting business/hospital staff addresses after the cut-off time.
