Refunds & Returns

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your flower order, it is not delivered as specified on the delivery form, or if any unexpected issues arise which are the fault of the little market bunch, we will re-deliver your purchased products again for free, in most case, the recipient can keep the flower received, if the order has been dispatched or delivered there will be no refund.

In any case, the customer is not happy with any of the Add-on product we can exchange the product for free but the customer needs to return the original product in its original condition, unopened, undamaged enable the exchange. ( Shipping fee may apply ) If the original product is not returned exchange is not available.

If incorrect information is submitted on an order form: name, address, etc the little market bunch will not be held responsible in any case, if a redelivery is need for any fresh flower a redelivery fee of minimum $10 plus 40% of the original purchased price need to be paid before re-delivery will be proceed. Re-delivery mostly need to be done on the second day not on the original delivery date. When fresh flower has been returned to our warehouse we need to paid a return fee to the driver, and we need to re-arrange the flower and booked the driver again for delivery there for these extra fee involved.  

After an order has been placed if for any reason the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer may not get the refund, but a voucher of the full purchased price can be offered, because in most case we only made to order, and these admin related on process orders, drivers, routing when orders are canceled we need to cancel the delivery list, routing, drivers which may incur extra fees on us. If the order has been shipped there will be no refund. Sorry for any inconvenience coursed.

Any claim on product issue needs to be within 24h from the product has been delivered, any time after the claim will not be handled. 


We will not be responsible for customers who selected the wrong delivery date, wrong delivery address, verify if the place accept the delivery or wrong delivery cut-off time, including selecting business/hospital staff addresses after the cut-off time.
