To be eligible to enter, during the promotional period individuals must reside in Melbourne, Australia and be a follower of the little market bunch Facebook page.

Terms & Conditions

Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have ‘liked’ or ‘followed’ the little market bunch Instagram or Facebook page. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Multiple entries from an entrant are permitted i.e an individual will be entered in the draw twice if they share multiple daily pics during the week in question. 

The Promoter reserves the right to republish any of the entry/winning responses to their Instagram/Facebook pages. 

Promotion commences Monday 19th September 2016 and finishes on Friday 23rd 2016. The winners will be chosen at random by 6pm on the Friday 23rd September. Winners will be notified via email and shared on the little market bunch Facebook page. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If two days after the original judging any of the winners cannot be contacted and have not claimed their prize, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the another random entrant as judged by the Promoter at the same place as the original judging, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. 

The winner will receive a little market bunch bundle comprising of the contents of the Monday daily combination of that week. The winner has the right to choose another recipient should they choose not to receive the prize. 

Total prize pool value is approximately $124.00.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated by the Promoter due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory implied guarantees/warranties as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act including the statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or the Trade Practices Regulations, or similar laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). 

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) the promotion; (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (d) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (e) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
