Dark purple in colour with red hues. Fresh plum and subtle vanilla oak with hints of violets and floral aromas. The generous silky palate has blueberry and plum fruit, complemented by soft, supple tannins with hints of milk chocolate and warm spices. Bright fruit flavours linger during the long succulent finish.

**Bleasdale Mulberry Tree 375ml**

This is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with intense aromas of mixed berries, woody herbs, dark chocolate and violets. The palate is smooth and persistent, with blackcurrant and spicy oak flavours, before finishing with soft and subtle tannins.

**Saint Clair Pinot Noir**

Dark garnet. Aromas of mixed dark fruit, fresh cherries with a hint of prunes and spice. A rich palate with a lovely fine structure displaying a medley of berry fruit flavours, cedar, spice and a long persistent finish incorporating flavours of freshly ground coffee beans and toasty oak.

_**San Francisco De Mostazal Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 750ml:**_  

Description: Known as "Cab in a Sack," the bottle is wrapped in burlap and then labeled. The story is that this is historically how they helped protect the bottle from breaking on its way to market. Deep violet-red in color. The aromatic profile features fresh and dried cherry and dried plum, with a touch of mint and dark chocolate in the background. On the palate, the wine is rich, well balanced and approachable with a long finish. Food pairings are grilled or roasted meats, such as beef or pork, as well as full-flavoured dishes and pasta.
